Returns Policy

  • Your order can be cancelled at any time up to 7 days before dispatch. You will receive a full refund. 

  • No products can be returned if they have been opened, resealed, damaged or used.

  • In the event of any missing items or breakages we must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of goods, either by emailling or by telephone, where we will rectify the problem as soon as possible. After this this period no action will be taken.

  • in the case of unwanted goods, you will be asked to pay for the cost of returning the goods. A refund will then be offered. A full refund is not conditional upon the goods being returned-although relevant deduction can be made, where appropriate. This clause does not apply to orders made for goods which are liable to expire rapidly. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
