If you are catering for a big Burns Supper or Scottish Food event, the haggis catering pack is the best choice. Each pack serves up to seven guests and can be prepared easily by steaming, roasting, frying or grilling.

Steam method

  • Remove outer printed packaging only
  • Place in steam oven at 100degC for approximately 55 minutes

Oven Method

  • Remove outer printed packaging only
  • Wrap in foil and place on an oven tray with a little water.
  • Heat at 190degC (gas mark 5) for approximately 50-60 minutes

Fry grill method

  • Slice to desired thickness.
  • Remove casing and fry or grill until piping hot.

Quick microwave method (using 800w category D)

  • Remove outer printed packaging, inner skin and clips.
  • Cut haggis into pieces.
  • Place in suitable microwave dish, cover and heat on medium setting for approximate 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Perishable Items

All our perishable items are despatched with an ice pack in thermal packaging where required.

All fresh food must be sent express delivery due to their perishable nature.

To avoid extended transit times over weekends, perishable items cannot be delivered on Mondays (UK) or Tuesdays
